Hi,
I have some pre-sales questions and could not find detailed answers so far:

- We only have free events. Can I configure the system so, that booking is possible with only "one click" for logged-in users?
- Can we enable a waiting list with automatic "fill-up" when someone leaves an event?
- Can logged-in users manage their bookings, e.g. to cancel?
- Is it possible for a "VIP" group of logged-in users to book early? E.g. the event should be set-up to disallow booking for "normal" users within a certain timeframe and open up for those at a later point in time.
- Is frontend submit for "authors" possible?
- Do you know if it will work with Helix Ultimate Framework?
- Can I set-up an event hat registered users can already see who is participating (participation list viewable for registered users)

Thanks!

Frank

Sorry for the delay your message was stuck in our 'pending queue'.

1. Yep!
2. Yep if you allow changes or cancellations sure!
3. Not at present I am afraid
4. Yep!
5. Yep we haven't had any issues there but we would be happy to fix anything that could arise.
6. Yep most certainly!

Many thanks
Tony

Thanks, Tony for your response. I understand that bookings that users made for themselves cannot be cancelled by them.
That is unfortunately a showstopper for us. Thanks anyhow. Frank

You can configure events to allow attendees to change their minds and cancel their attendance or specifically to say they are 'not' attending.

I think Tony must have miss-read your question

Hello:

This is my situation. I have created 2 groups for logging in, [u]announcers and candidates, with User - Usergroup Selector

What I want:

1.- Announcers creating an event
2.- Candidates can register on the event
3.- Once a candidate register on the event, the announcers are able to see their profiles (if candidates are not registered announcers won´t be able to see their profiles)
4.- The annoucers are able to search into the attenders list based on announcers form profiles

Is it possible with Jevents?

Thank you!

This is all possible with RSVP Pro - I would suggest your best option is to sign up as a gold member and try it out. If it doesn't do what you need then you can request a refund.

By the way a new version that is a easier to setup and the signup page look better will be released in the next few days.
