i want to modify JEvents to display "The Buddhist Year"
and "Thai Numeric"
How can i do?
tell me, please. :)

Jevents is built around the gregorian calendar - it is possible to present it RTL with UTF8/non-latin text but it isn't possible to display non-gregorian months and dates I'm afraid.
