Hello.
I'm thinking about buying a Gold Membership for RSVP Pro for our club. But before we do this I wanted to check the functionality in advance.

We have the requirement that events take place at different venues. For these venues there are responsible persons (max. 3 persons per location - Joomla user group Venue1Admin, Venue2Admin). For these event locations there is also a special customer clientele that already belongs to a corresponding user group in Joomla (e.g. Venue1Guest, Venue2Guest, ...). The events of an event location should only be visible to the corresponding guests and should be activated for registration in RSVP Pro.

If a guest registers for an event, participation should first be approved by one of the responsible persons for each event location before a firm acceptance.

Persons responsible who do not belong to the corresponding user group are not allowed to issue confirmations.

A view in which a user can see all his registrations would be desirable.
In addition it is necessary that everyone can see (Venue1Guest etc.) who the other guests are.

Hello,

I am sorry for the delay. We have been spending some much needed time with our families over the holiday season.

1. That's fine just set the event access level to that access level.

2. That's fine, the creator of the event would be notified of a pending registration.

3. The event creator would be the one responsible.

4. Not a problem with the User Specific Events Plugin.

5. No problem, you can show an attendee list in the event details.
